Efficient Solutions' Founder, Rose Gschwendtner
Most of us are told how to make money, but few of us are really educated about how to manage and spend it. Everyone needs to keep on top of personal financial matters, but most people don't even balance their checkbook. And rich, poor or middle-class, all of us need to make wise spending decisions and have control over our financial well-being.
I was very lucky. I was taught excellent personal-finance skills and habits from a very young age. And I was instructed to stay accountable for my financial health. I also have a natural propensity for organization, strong interpersonal skills and a solid business background, particularly as an independent contractor. EFFICIENT SOLUTIONS, which I founded 10 years ago, enables me to put these skills to work helping others reach their goals and gain more control over their lives.
My undergraduate degree is from Elmira College, and I have a graduate degree from Sarah Lawrence College. I have founded several businesses, including Efficient Solutions and a restaurant/catering business. I also have experience in real estate and in training people in customer service and other business skills.
